Last fall, the Tesla CEO, 51, was complicated in a “brief affair” with the Google co-founder’s partner, Nicole Shanahan, the Wall Street Journal stated on Sunday, citing people conversant with the matter.

Brin also requested shared custody of their daughter. He further declared that Shanahan is not needed for his wedding and requested that she not receive it either.

According to Business Insider, Brin and Shanahan hired a private “temporary judge” to oversee the proceedings.

California is dealing with a reserved system, so Brin filed a lawsuit in Santa Clara Superior Court. Despite the backed-up courts, the couple will be able to expedite their divorce thanks to the private interim judge. Additionally, it guarantees greater secrecy.
